I agreed a deal under 10,500 and found he had outstanding finance, he was not willing to disclose the balance either!

Will be very interested in what he says, he may well tell you the truth but expext you to either pay him all the Cash and he pays the finance off or you pay the finance co. all the cash and he will get the extra money back from them!?

Bet he doesnt tell you how much outstanding tho.

Tried it mate, they wouldnt tell me the amount as i didnt have the loan! They would only speak to him direct, he wouldnt agree to setting the amouth with them etc.

Has had 2 plates that have outstanding finance but not on the car!
