I have just heard about this soft modding, and was wondering if there was a tutorial for the latest/best versions of the software and drivers?

From what I read, the modified drivers work for the following:

Audigy/Audigy2/Audigy2 ZS/Audigy 4 Pro/X-Fi

The drivers have a built in softmod tool for Audigy 2's (apart from the LS version I think)

So that you softmod an audigy 2 into an audigy 4, is that right?

Its more hassle then its worth. the only thing you gain is the ability to use the software apps that come withthe audigy4
