Audigy 4 front case fittings

Hi Guys .
can anyone tell me if its possible to connect a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 4 to the front case panel fittings like mic/headphones. i don't have a manual for this card so i don't no where all the wires go

Thanks InvaderGIR but i cant see anything about the
pins on the card and none of it seems to be in English

Just my luck . the problem is that my on board sound is not as good as my Audigy 4 .
