Audio and video on the same disk.

Long story short, a friend of mine was asking me how is it possible to have audio and video on the same disk and being able to either put it in a normal cd player and listen to the music and being able to watch the videoclip when you insert the same disk in a pc.

Is there a way to do such a thing? I have tried searching on google but my search yielded no results.

You need to create a mixed mode CD, Nero can do this, not sure about others.

Yes, l have used nero and made the cd. The problem is that the normal cd players see and try to play the video file as well resulting in that crackling sound.
Any ideas of how to do this without cd player seeing the video file located in the cd?
