Audio de-synch CoD Modern Warfare multiplayer PS4

Hi hopefully I can get some help here.
Im getting Audio lag/de-synch while playing Multiplayer on Modern Warfare PS4

I had it happen a couple times before but since the latest update (for Modern Warfare) its constant I might get 2 games max before it happens.
Now before I go any further Im not sure if this is an issue with the game, PS4 or my TV.
im leaning towards my TV because if I press AV on TV remote and switch to another HDMI input then switch back to the HDMI that PS4 is connected the audio is back in synch however it quickly lags and audio will de-synch again. Another strange part of this which could make it an issue with the game itself is if I get the audio lag, and hold PS button on PS4 controller and 'Close application' the audio is back in synch.

My TV is a Sony Bravia, Console is the PS4 Pro. Digital version of Modern Warfare.

If anyone has an ideas at all that would be great as the audio lag makes the game almost impossible to play. Or if this is happening for others let me know too.

Have you tried plugging your PS4 into a different HDMI port to see if you get the same issue after a couple of games, could just be a dodgy input.

No I haven't.
good idea tho, il give that a try tomorrow.

EDIT: Update; played for a few hours and the audio has been fine so far. Have to test it out longer to be sure but hopefully the problem has been solved
