Audio losing sync...

Hi im watching a lot of h.264 podcasts and other videos on my pc, and at the moment i seem to keep losing sync between audio and video. Has anyone got a way to stop this, im pretty sure the pc can handle this task (pc in sig)

dont mean to be pedantic, but its losing

what media player are you use?

try media player classic with ffdshow installed, or try vlcplayer

it seems to be happening only when i use the creative entertainment centre. Though i think it is doing it in media player, quicktime etc
might just be my paranoia

can't say i've ever used that, i just use the creative driver from the web, never put the cd in
