Audio / Maps volume on Bluetooth

Hi guys,

Just come back from a road trip, the first proper one probably with my S24 Ultra.

A couple of observations and questions - I used Google Maps for navigation and Spotify was on for entertainment etc., Maps almost seems to incorporate it into the main Maps view. With previous Android phones, Xiaomi mainly, I recal having two audio volume settings to play about with? One for audio and one for Maps - they worked independently. For this trip, I had to mute Maps as it was on the same volume as audio/Spotify... I had a little play about but there didn't seem to be any way of splitting the control - it was all Bluetooth audio volume?

Any ideas?

Next question, whilst Maps were on the lower part of the screen where the Android navigation options sit, appeared to be unresponsive from input. After stopped the car I would have to put the device on its side to confirm any of the post-trip options; did Google get you there okay etc. Weird. A Nova Launcher issue maybe? That's what I'm using.

Last question, but saves starting another thread, is Notifications. I missed quite an important text this afternoon whilst driving, it didn't even come through on my watch until Maps was minimised! Isn't there a driving mode customise options somewhere? I'm pretty sure in the past I've been asked if I was the messages read out to me?

Thanks!

Are you using it with your car?

I found I had to increase or decrease the volume with my car whilst the nav was speaking to have control over it, weird way for it to work.
