Omnipage will do it, so I think the module that does that task might be available separately.
Because it's there.and why narator?
I'm using OmniPage 16, and I just go to Tools | Speech Mode (F10). The highlighted text is then read to you. There are a number of different voices, I personally prefer the British female.I have got the program Omnipage
But not sure how to do what I want
