Not sure if this is the best forum but I am not sure what I need to do.

So I have my TV and XBOX on one side of the room and my PC with speakers at the other side of the room. Now what I want to do is be able to play my xbox on one of my monitors on my PC but transmit my sound to the speakers at my PC and also be able to swap back to my TV with minimal hassle.

My speakers are just standard AUX. Can I get something like a HDMI audio splitter?

I have never really done this so literally have no idea.

You're going to need a HDMI switcher to connect both TV and monitor to the Xbox, then you can switch between the displays. If you have no audio out port on your monitor, then you will either need a HDMI passthrough box with analogue audio output, or use the optical out from the Xbox. You'll need a DAC though, to convert the digital into analogue for the speakers to use.

If your speakers are connected to the PC, do they have a secondary input?
