Hello

I can't get audio through hdmi working, hoping someone could help me

The motherboard is a old packard Bell ga-t671mg which just has the standard windows 7 drivers on it because I can't find newer ones and the gpu is a hd 4350 which has the newest drivers and I've had it working on another rig.

In notifications on the right hand side at the bottom there is a cross on the speaker icon and when I open it it doesn't show the sound via the gpu, only the jack at the back of the computer

I've tried to disable the onboard sound in bios but still can't get sound through the gpu

Is the motherboard that old it doesn't support it? Do I need to find new drivers for the motherboard or something else?

Thanks for any help

there is only one device in device manager, that's the on-board one and its disabled.

tried uninstalling drivers and re-installing still not working, that's why its got me thinking the motherboard doesn't support it for some reason?
