Audioengine 2- swap left and right speakers

Got a pair of these and looking to add them to my pc but due to space constraints, I would need the left speaker- the one with the power and connections- to the right hand side.
If I use RCA connectors, well a 3.5 x 2 rca out, would it work if it plugged them the opposite way round ie white to red and red to white to get this to work- I cant try it out currently but would need to get the cable for it now

Yeah, will work fine. All you're doing is swapping the channels. From an audio point of view, no difference between a left and right speaker.
