Anyone still play this? I just bought it along with prototype so i have something to play when i am at my girlfriend's.
I forgot how fun it was to play
Can anyone recommend any decent songs to try? I have some dragonforce songs to hand i can imagine these will be interesting.

Thanks for the replies so far, have been playing for a few hours. Am in the process of uploading a video of one of my friend's band to youtube. Big file is big 800mbs with fraps.

They may not load because youtube fails and takes ages to "process" the videos but there we go...

Random obscure stuff is great, cos you end up on the top of the leader board. I did the whole Wurzels album shortly after the game was release, and only the other day got an email telling me I had been dethroned from Drink Up Thy Zider! lol

Ah, good, so its not just my internet thats broken then.

They seem to always be doing maintenance. Its very typical that as soon as I put them up on forums, myspace and spamming it on msn they decide to do work on the site lol

Today I found out that Audiosurf is utterly impossible to play on a trackpad

Still play this every now and then.. a fiver very well spent

I was getting higher scores using the trackpad on my girlfriends laptop compared to on my own pc mouse. Maybe i am thinking too much now whereas i just got the game when i was at my girlfriends lol

Serves you right for using itunes tbh

Anyway I think Itunes is DRM free now so anything you've bought recently should work.

If I remember when you start the game it comes up saying how to play itunes songs. Unless I was just imagining that or had read this elsewhere I dunno...


PS: Anyone else know quoting a picture in a post is a bannable offence?

As above. This was the reason for my ban. I had logged on yesterday to find I was banned, I had thought this was because I didnt full star out a sweary leaving the first letter of the word. But then I found it was because I had "Quoted an image in an image thread" or something.

I thought it was a bit harsh lol

I assume that must just be in GD then? Seen people quote images in the other forums fine, surely they would tell us if they'd changed the rules in a sticky at the top or something?

Must be, I didnt notice it mentioned in the FAQ or the Rules thread in the GD board.

Thing is I usually do it, because I hate stretching the screen etc, but the one time I forget to do it, BANG. BAN. lol

Anyway, lesson learned......would have been nice to get a warning instead of an instaban, especially when people have done a lot worse trolling and not been banned =/

I must admit i bought this on steam after reading a lot of hype and, well, i hate it.. A game for your girlfriends is the whole popcap range

Its a game you will play a lot or will hardly play at all I think.

Personally I have a large music library and like to listen to music while relaxing by playing a not too taxing game. This seems to be it lol
