Audit Logging

Hi,

We have a customer who needs to provide an audit log to the directors/auditors to show when consultants/external companies logged in to their servers, how long they were on for and what changes they made. Do you lot know of any software that will track this? They run Windows on 99% of their servers, the other 1% is Unix but they don't need to track usage on the Unix boxes.
