Hi all

I assumed this would be the best place to ask this question. I have a scenario where someone has booked a meeting room only to find on the day, when checking again that the meeting room has been booked to someone else. The obvious has happened where one of the "higher echelon" PA's have simply deleted the booking and booked their own meeting instead. Is there any way to audit these so I can see in black and white what happened?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure on the question - but if you set them up to auto accept and deny access to delete/add entries, you can avoid these problems in future!

We had this happen, but couldn't find a way to audit the items removed. As above is the best suggestion to stop people from being able to delete everyone elses booking. However you will still need a head person to get rid of things if they are booked incorrectly.

When you cancel the meeting in your own calendar, provided you send an update, it deletes it from the resource calendar
