AUS DS in the US

Hi i've got a AUS DS and im going to NY in two weeks time. It has the two pin power lead which i have an adapter so i can charge it in our 3 pin sockets. I know the americans use 2 pin sockets aswell just wondering if i can plug it straight in when im over there or is there voltage differences or something?

We use 240 Volts down here, They use 110 Volts overthere. You will need some sort of converter

you should be able to buy a new charger when in the us mate.

will work fine

Cheers for the help guys much appreciated. Think im going to get a converter thing from town. My current one only cost about £3!
