Australian Open 2022

Nice. A bit like Feds win here a few years ago. In terms of age, coming back injury and having a number of 5 set matches.

Got to respect his achievements. Still not GOAT for me yet though, but great to watch.

Can see him winning the French as well if he stays fit.

Novak is going to be lucky to play in France un-vaccinated. Plus the US get stroppy about being refused VISAs in other countries. Novak could be denied the chance to equal 21 just by being an idiot about getting vaccinated.

Totally support Novak's freedom to choose, but he can't expect to be free from the repercussions of that choice.

Mental match. To sit here with more slams than anybody else when his career has crossed over the peak years of Federer and Djokovic is insane. Unlike the other two, he's never had a period where he was out on his own - early Federer had no Nadal or Djokovic to compete with and in the latter years Djokovic had a clear run with the other two injured for long periods.

This is disrespect. I know that we are divided East vs West, and unfortunately Nole is a representative of the East, but that is too much.
It's not the football section..
If you're not him (or hiding in his house), how do you know that nothing went out of the window?

Fed will always be the goat for me, but so pleased Rafa was able to win that. If Rafa wins the French (which he'll be big favourite for now) then I'm not sure Novak will pass him on slams, unless he eats some humble pie and gets vaccinated this year.
