There's loads, 1Password, BW (which you have), Dashlane etc.I'm looking to change my 2FA app from Authy to something else. I use Bitwarden as my password manager and know that it does TOTP but wanted to see what the other options were. Would need to support macOS, iOS and iPadOS.
I think OP wants push notifications ‘did you just try and sign in’ which I don’t think the Apple system currently supports. If it's only within Apple's ecosystem, why not use Keychain? It supports passkeys, OTP codes, will sync across all your devices, is end-to-end encrypted, and is seamlessly integrated with Face/TouchID and Safari etc.
There's a whole recent discussion about that here: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/keychain-password-manager-vs-3rd-party.18950722/If it's only within Apple's ecosystem, why not use Keychain? Ah I didn't get that. I use Vaultwarden (self-hosted Bitwarden) anyway and it does the job perfectly. Since the OP already uses BW and wanted alternatives, Keychain was the only one not mentioned. I had a look at it again recently due to passkeys (which BW also supports now), and I was surprised how much more functionality Apple (finally) baked in, like OTP and passkeys etc. If they're using BW though I'd stick with that, because it works quite well and is cheap to free.I think OP wants push notifications ‘did you just try and sign in’ which I don’t think the Apple system currently supports.
I think that is what I will do. I have a Yubikey for 2FA on Bitwarden so that should be pretty safe.OP wants an Authenticator.
I would keep most of your TOTP codes in BW, although good idea to store you BW 2fa elsewhere.
