Auto forward Sent Items

Is there any way to forward all sent email from a user to their manager?

In a similar way to you can set up forwarding in AD on their Exchange attributes, can it be done somehow for sent mail too?

probably a couple of ways depending on your version or Exchange

Outlook rule on send - not tried by you could probably get a server side rule so that it covers OWA access too

If you have exchange 2007 then a transport rule would probably be able to do it.

Depending on why you want this you may be on dodgy ground especially if this turns disciplinary for example.

Exchange 2000!! (Don't ask)

Would like it to be a rule adminitrators apply so Outlook rule on send won't really work
