23 Nov 2009 at 14:08 #2 malman malman Associate Joined 19 Apr 2004 Posts 129 probably a couple of ways depending on your version or Exchange Outlook rule on send - not tried by you could probably get a server side rule so that it covers OWA access too If you have exchange 2007 then a transport rule would probably be able to do it. Depending on why you want this you may be on dodgy ground especially if this turns disciplinary for example.
