Auto OC cpu/gpu

Hello all,

Is there any software that can auto overclock processor and gpu configs, I'm not the most confident so would rather something that can do it for me, I know amd has some software that can do it but I have an Intel I5.

My asus motherboard has an auto optimise thing in it where it set an overclock of 4.2Ghz and set my ram to 2400mhz. I don't think there's software for it though

You can but its far from optimal

They also tend to overvolt, especially Asus boards. Do it properly, using manual settings in the bios. There are loads of guides on the net and it's the only way you will learn to do it for yourself.

I didn't know that. Why would it undervolt it? I did, I just accidentally clicked on it in the bios when I was having a fiddle!

My Asus X99 undervolts on auto. Had to set it higher manually to stop crashes.

Auto overclocking thingymabobs are more trouble than they're worth. Pick a guide up online; there's hundreds. You'll save yourself some headache and you'll learn something. Hell, you might even enjoy it...
