Auto Switch Video Out On/Off

I have a netbook I want to hook up to a monitor but only want the monitor to be on at certain times of day. Unfortunately due to the setup I can't just put the monitor itself on a timer.

Is there any software I can use to switch on and off the video output in Windows?

You could probably use task scheduler and displayswitch (built into windows) if you want to change the displays at the same time every day.
