I've been getting various ads on the gram and elsewhere for this gaming chair, probably because I googled for a heated and ventillated chair.

Does anyone know how soft the cushioning is? I like soft seats. I am 5ft6 and 145 pounds.
I have a Ikea Markus at home and am happy with it, but I am often warm in summer or cold in winter. And the armrests are not adjustable which is a bit annoying for me as I sit too high for my feet otherwise the armrests are unusable but I always want to lean my arm/elbow on something. The Markus is a chair that is more comfy than offcie chairs 10x the price imho. But office chairs have terrible material usually and if you hit them a white cloud of dust flies out, I am allergy sensitive (itch/rash and nose clogging up) from house dust so I hate fabric chairs...

So like in the car, wanted a cooling chair and a heated chair, especially the seating area (I do not care about heating on my back, my legs/arse are cold first so I want those heated). Some cars like the Peugeot 508 have great massage chairs, and that sounds/feels likea bliss for at home.
Also massage function sounds awesome and a footrest that can be optionally retracted sounds great as well. I also love to sit cross legged often, so a wider chair is prefferable. I usually sit either cross legged, or slouched, I don't like sitting up straight/find that uncomfortable.

I don't like textile/mesh as it's disgusting after only a few months of use and the dust it connects. Leather or fake leather or other easy to clean material that doesn't swallow dust is a must.

The M6 ultra looks great bar one thing, the armrests are not soft leather padded but the crappy office chair rubbery material. And I do not know how comfy it sits (some chairs look soft but are way too hard).

What does put me off is it is powered by usb, while enough for fans, I do not believe it can provide enough heating and massage simoultaniously, I know because I often wear a heated body warmer and heated trousers in winter (powered by usb powerbanks) and they take a while to heat up and could be warmer imho. VAG cars original heated seats or Volvo at full heat are a good example of the warmth I am ideally looking for.

Does anyone have any experience with this chair ?

I feel the market for heated/cooled/massage chairs is underdeveloped and I am tempted to go by a scrapyard and just guy a comfy car chair with the features I want and build it onto a desk chair bottom.

I will be honest I cant really give my opinion on something I have not used, so if you really want a chair with heating features then by all means try it and see if it works well for you. But something much more import than heating and massage is, really the first thing, ergonomics. Like how well it supports your lumbar spine in the relevant areas. I had ikea markus chair chair and only after sitting in something much better did I realise what rubbish it was. Unfortunately or fortunately chairs are very personal things, you just have to try and see if it works for you. I could recommend something very good and it might not work for you and vice versa.

Generally an ergonomic office chair is better than any kind of gaming chair or racer type chairs. I am not sure what budget you have but you can find some very good refurbished office chairs, something like Herman miller Aeron or embody, Steelcase leap V2, human scale chair or something else, these would be my first port of call really and heating and massage would really be an after thought. I also appreciate many don't want to spend so much on office chairs, but that's why I recommended buying refurbished also there also cheaper office chairs available that are also very good, certainly better for your back than gaming chairs.

there are quite a few heated and massage chair online if you search, its really something you just have to try and hope its good, hopefully someone who has tried one will come along and help.

My experience is the opposite, working at many customers and offices, I find most office chairs that are ergonomic are absolutely rubbish, yes I like the adjustability, but the material causes issues, especially compared to the Markus. I do not like office chairs usually as the material attracts to much dirt and dust I get intchy after an 8 hr sitting session and my nose almost immediately clogs up as well (not after 8 hrs, but like within a few mins).
Massage is an afterthought I guess, but I loved it in the Peugeot 508 GT. Seating ventilation is not a must but it is nice to have that in the summer imho, I've driven cars like Kia Niro with aircon seats and it was bliss on those hot summer days.

I tend to sit (single or double) cross legged, or slouched most of the time. And after having heated seats in all my cars for the past 14 years I am pretty confident it is a must (but can be solved with other solutions like heated pads).
Allergy repellant materials and good temperature is priority number 1 for comfort for me, along with soft material. My main ''discomfort'' with chairs is always: they are too hot/cold, or too hard, or armrests are too hard (padded armrests are a must for me).
