AutoGK Encoding Question

Can AutoGK encode using H264? Never used it before but would like to give it a try.

Don't think it can plus H264 is quicktime only so would be x264 give staxrip a go as it will convert most files to different formats, i use it all the time to convert to x264, if you need some profiles for converting i will find them plus it comes with ipod profiles already

x.264 is a h.264 encoder.

x264 is open source where H264 you have to pay for

I've read a little about staxrip but it looks a bit daunting. However, some profiles would be handy to learn and experiment with.

x.264 converts video to the h.264 format, x.264 is a software library not a format.

Just place in the profile folder, there for different file size's i use which you can change if you need
