I'm trying to find a way to set the a default application in Win 7 for images.
We use an application called Xnview at work. It's a bit like VLC, but for images.
We also use WPKG to run scripts on the machines to push out settings and apps etc.
I need to find a way (probably using registry) of pushing out a reg file to the machines to set the image file associations to Xnview.
At the moment I'm at the point of using sysintenals application to see what registry values are changed when I run the file association wizard inside of xnview.
Problem is there are so many reg keys it seems to be changing.
Any one have any idea what I'm on about?
