Automatic Backing Up Of Certain Folders

Can anyone recommend the easiest way to have windows automatically back up folders to an external HDD, and alter the corresponding mirror when a change is detected. If i delete a file, the mirror of that file is deleted, if i save changes, it backs up the new changes etc etc

I dont have a need for an enterprise level program's trillion features, so as small an app as possible would be preferred, if windows itself can't do it.

Im on XP Home SP2, slightly nlited

ntbackup?

Click start-run type ntbackup and see if that does what you need?

Windows cannot find ntbackup

Either i removed it via nlite / its not in home

Any alternatives ?
