Well I found this

mCubed T Balancer SL4 Basic (Internal)

doesn anyone know anythingabout it, or another one that is like it.
 
Its pretty much the only programmable fan controller worth buying.

Ive got one and its great - youll want to get the analog probe extension too... thin analog probes are easier to fit to the underside of heatsinks than the digital ones.

It works wonderfully, and you can hook it up to samurize or an lcd display - very nifty.

I use it my WC setup (need to update sig heh), ive got a waterflow monitor connected up to it too, vga/cpu temps controlling pump speed, and radiator temperatures controlling radiator fan speeds, as well as a case temp sensor controlling case fan speeds - all displayed on my VFD.
