Automatic ringer volume setting on Android?

What I would like to do is have my Android phone - a Nokia 2.2 - automatically switch the ringer volume to full when I'm at home and automatically switch it to vibrate when I'm not. Can I do this? How?

Tests for being at home might be GPS or connecting to my home wifi.

Tasker would probably do it but might be a more basic app that does it easier.
