** Got it working now! **
I can connect to my university network from home via VPN. But I have to login each time I login to Windows 7.
Had a google around and seemingly what I want is achievable using a couple of batch files in startup. I found this: http://www.s-code.com/forum/Topic704-15-1.aspx but haven't quite got it working yet. First of all the VPN name is more than one word, does it need to go inside quotation marks?
And is this literally what should go inside the first batch file?
rasdial.exe "MYVPNNAME" "USERNAME" "PASSWORD"
And is this literally what should go in the second?
rasdial.exe /disconnect
I'm guessing VNC manager is some kind of networking tool, but presumably I can ignore all that and simply put these two batch files in startup...
Cheers for your help.
