Automatically send regular emails?

Is anyone aware of any software or addon to Outlook that you can schedule to send emails (mainly reminders) at certain intervals? Monthly and/or quarterly?

We use office 365 Exchange for our emails but I haven't been able to find anything that fits the bill.

Like it, like it a lot! We use outlook in the office connected to 365, just thought I would mention 365 in case there was an online only app that could do it.

Would a recurring appointment in the calendar (with a reminder) do the job?

Its to email external people a reminder that a certain event has passed and that we need some info off them.

this or do schedule email for the x time then click recurring

How do you set up a scheduled email that recurs monthly or quarterly?
