hmm it's 300MB, is this "full" or "update" pack? It says not compatible with previous version patches, do not install into same directory so is it ok to install this 300MB may core even though I've installed full and update previously?

I imagine it's the full package at that size. Only way to find out if it's ok it's to try it 
Just make sure it's in a different folder like it says and suck it and see. I'll report back once I've tried it.
