hi guys im in a piclke here all of a sudden my autoplay pop up what you get when you put in a cd or dvd in your dvd drive isnt workin ,i have to go tomy computer to access the disc which is no problem i know , but how can i fix it so the autoplay pop up works again ,also i can not get my status monitor to work on my printer to show me how much ink i have left in my cartridges ...can you help me at all ?

yes ive done that but to no avail, the only programs ive put on are vmware player and microsofts virtual pc as im taking a computer course and its for my work there ,but ive uninstalled them and it still makes no difference ..any ideas ?
