Can anyone reccomend one? I did look at the sticky, but im not sure wether theres anything newer now? Looking at the cheapest end worth buying btw.

Same with the speakers too. :p

The cheapest ones that are worth buying. Want to spend as little as possible, this is going up from poor speakers that are part of a tv.
 
def recommend the denon 1706

i have one and its a quality piece of kit

it feels well made and the sound is lovely for what i do with it.

can be had for £186 on-line if you look around.
