AV Receiver to use with Intel NUC

I need a 5.1 AV Receiver to use with an Intel NUC and Sony TV.

I want to connect the NUC to the Receiver via HDMI and then connect the Receiver to the TV via HDMI.

Can you recommend a Receiver for around £150 that could do this?

Any AV receiver can do this. Richer Sounds have this Pioneer VSX329 or Onkyo TXSR333 available for £150. Available in store only, so if you aren't near or can't get to one of their stores, this Yamaha RXV377 is available on their site for £180.
