Hi @Gibliotech I bought a noble gaming chair in a similar deal posted by chugnorris a while back. one of the 5 spokes have broken on the base, I have put in a support request, but in case it gets lost i hope it is ok posting here too (my back is killing me already on a kitchen table / bar stool!.

someone else on the forum let me know that you guys were kind enough to replace the same part on an out of warranty chair and i am wondering if you can do the same please.

if i was gonna give some feedback on the product btw i would say the base is a little lacking on the bracing / infil compared to that seen in the base of our office chairs at work which may be why this happened other than that i absolutely love my chair it looks almost as new after almost 4 years.
