This case is called the 'Veer' and sits between the X1.0 ITX case and the S2.0 mATX case.
This is a case that is similar in layout to the X1.0 ITX case taking many of the design features including ITX form factor and an inverted motherboard tray, but adding the additional room for a full size power supply and room in the roof for a 240mm Watercooling Radiator.
This case is a nice middle ground between the two existing cases and really stands out as being a development of end user feedback.
