Essentially, a customer was complaining to them about the lack of information on the controller he had preordered, especially the repeated pushing back of the delivery date, and the fact that after he'd pre-ordered, they created a pre-order offer where people who pre-ordered would get $10 off, but that didn't apply retroactively. And if you cancelled then re-ordered, they would cancel that order too. Just a heads up, I don't think anyone would buy a controller like that, but its an interesting read
