Just found this story over on Kotaku, thought I'd share it here in case anybody was thinking about buying one of these things!

Essentially, a customer was complaining to them about the lack of information on the controller he had preordered, especially the repeated pushing back of the delivery date, and the fact that after he'd pre-ordered, they created a pre-order offer where people who pre-ordered would get $10 off, but that didn't apply retroactively. And if you cancelled then re-ordered, they would cancel that order too. Just a heads up, I don't think anyone would buy a controller like that, but its an interesting read :)
 
I didn't think that the purchaser came across particularly well either to be honest. His complaint email could have been written much better!
 
Well written emails are the preserve of professionals. I'd expect considerably more from a PR bod than just a regular customer.

I can see absolutley nothing wrong with what the purchaser said or did. The way it was handled from a company perspective is shocking!
