At a guess I would say Overclockers is doing the deal to include the game, including the game as nothing to do with Intel.

Yes we have 200 codes at present, requesting more and are so including it with these special packaged editions.

Shame the game play is pretty turd like, expect the game keys to be worth about £15 after a week.
