Hey guys i wanna do some overclocking of my gtx560ti its the MSI one without the twin frozr.

So far in furmark it gets to 55c at stock clocks of but that with auto fan, i would think i can get cooler if i made a custom fan profile:
833 GPU clock
1662 Shader clock
1002 memory clock

Also should or shouldn't i play with the core voltage?
what would get me better performance?
How far could i push them?

Thanks

should manage 900 on the core with stock voltage. with voltage boost and additional cooling you can probably get 1ghz on the core.

i have a msi gtx 560ti frozr2 oc card comes 880 on the core stock. im doing 925mhz core using 1.00v
my ram does 1125mhz.

iv modded my bios too so on idle clocks/low power 3d it really drops the voltage like a ton of bricks. idle temps drop considerably and power consumption drops a fair bit according to my wall plug meter.

try and see what you can manage.

My Gigabyte had a factory OC of 900mhz. I had a BIOS flash for my card as it wasn't stable with the volts, which was too low.

I can't remember what the volts were set to but try for 900 on stock and see how that goes or maybe somebody else has more info.

For the record, mine was a Gigabyte 560ti 1GB OC

i have managed to get to 900/1800 and have played just cause 2 and mess effect 3 for a few hours and seems stable enough (i.e. had no problems at all and runs nice and smooth).
temps not going about 72c.

Also burn it test on furmark all was good.

thats at stock mV of 1037.

Should i push for more or leave be?
i dont wanna damage anything.

Thanks for the help.

Mine (in sig) got to 1ghz on core and 2300 on memory at 1.1V.
i didn't go wild and this took 5 mins, but it was good on furmark and BF3+MW3.
but i don't need it oc'd so just returned it to default.
also i have a hard time making it go above 70C :p
