Hey guys, i recently purchased https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-118-AR&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1392
and these are the specifications
Features:
- Black PCB
- Black high performance heatspreaders
- LED Strobe lighting effect
- CAS Timings: 15-15-15-35
- Voltage: 1.35v
- Quad Channel Kit: (4x4GB)
- 100% tested at 3000MHz in Intel X99 Haswell-E based motherboards
- Lifetime Warranty with OcUK
but when i put these specs into my x99 bios it doesnt boot my pc and it says a windows file is missing, after loading optimised defaults everything seems fine. any help as to what maybe causing this problem?
I didnt use xmp (because for some reason xmp changes my bclk and some other stuff i dont know anything about) but did the following:
set dram target to 3000mhz
set timings to 15-15-15-35 with command rate at 2
set the left and right dram voltages to 1.35v
did i miss anything?
