Avexir - reference needed

I am currently doing a pc rebuild with a black and yellow colour scheme. I've seen some Avexir memory that would look good with the build, but I have never heard of them before.. Does anyone rate them?

Looks good! I'm thinking about getting 4 x 4gb.. Do the lights just flash a set pace, or can you adjust?

Only reason I was going with 4 was for the aesthetics.. Is it really that big of a hit on performance?
