AVG 7.5 with Vista

I have tried installing AVG 7.5 free version on Vista home premium 64 bit edition, but it says '64 bit OS not supported' and refuses to install. Any solutions?

Try nod 32, its not free but using the 30 day free trial it doesn't need to be.

I can confirm Avast does work, installed it last nite on 64bit Vista and it's lush.

Yeah I seem to remember AVG "Free" requires you to pay if installing on a 64 bit OS.

I installed Avast last night - seems to run very well indeed.

I think it's the only one that works in x64. Might be wrong.

McAfee Enterprise 8.5 is designed for Vista 64 too, it's what I use at work

Avast works and is also free though everyone says NOD is very good if you wanna pay for it.

I used NTLNetguard on XP and it was excellent but sadly, it doesn't work on Vista (64bit)..............yet
