For some reason AVG keeps trying to scan. I have disabled the schedule ages ago as it annoyed me running every day and would rather it didn't, I only want it as 'active' protection.
Just wondering why it keeps scanning when it's not scheduled to and sometimes it can be several times in a row. I.e. I'd disable it and it'll start again 10 minutes later. And when I right click I get "Pause" and "Cancel" neither of them do anything. I have to start a full scan so I cancel it then the icon in the system tray disappears.
Any help?
