Avi media to mobile phone

I am sure this has been discussed on here before but I cannot find the solution. I have tried WinAvi already without success. So, how do I move an Avi onto my SPV550?

I use pocketdivxencoder to resize and encode movies for my mda compact

After using pocketdivxencoder, I could not see, let alone play the file on my phone, even though the file was showing via my PC. Solution! TCPMP

Now I can play video on my phone
