Avi Playback?

Hi there,
Just brought a macbook, trying to play a avi file however quicktime won't work.....

What do I do...any link to a codec pack for macs? Cheers

Perian is installed just for /"this user" ... just want to know how I can reset the pass....must be the keyboard hehe
