avi to dvd

Nero Vision is deisgned to do this specifically.

Launch nero vision, open the file you wish to burn, tell it the dvd output and burn

It'll spend quite some time encoding and converting (30-60mins) and then burning (3-10mins)

Job done

I've always used winavi video converter to convert file from AVI to DVD then burned using Nero. (Don't seem to have Nero Vision in my Nero prog).

Before converting my AVI files I'll run em thru a prog called AVI-MUX first to make sure the sound is in sync with the video, & it can sync it if not. (Sometimes you can watch avi on ur pc no probs yet when burned to dvd the audio can be out of sync so this utility is great to check/repair this)
