I just wanted to advise anyone who is thinking of buying this to avoid it, problems started with it day one. After transferring music it just completley jams and it doesn't even have an off button ffs so you have to wait 20 hours for the battery to die because the pos reset button is impossible to use! I don't know how this product made it to release with this issue, horrendus firmware.

You aint read the manual then, there is a reset hole same as for all the new Creative players, you stick a paper clip or such in it and reset while holding the power button, aslo new Firmware sorts these issues, have you ever updated it ?

It came with the latest firmware. And yeah I tried a pin, but it somehow got stuck inside it, it's a completley retarded way of doing a reset, god forbid you have to reset it when your actually using it because then your really screwed with no access to a paperclip.

Why they didn't just use the same method other devices like the psp use, eg holding down the power button resets it, I'll never know.

Incase of accidental reset like bending over in tight pants and reseting it :p

Hmm, are you in the correct hole  lol, the Mic hole is easy to mistake for the reset as I got mixed up on a Zen V but own a ZVM.

I'm sure they could've done a better way tbh.

With the iPod you have to hold down the menu&select button for 6 secs, easy peasy. :p
