Hello,
I just installed RV Site Builder on our server.
We have an ad at the top of each page as it is free hosting, we need to get our money somehow

Anyway this ad pushes the layout down, the problem is that the templates in RV Site Builder use a floating layer for the logo meaning when the template is pushed down the logo stays exactly there
.
I have tried putting the ad in it's own iFrame and also tried with it's own table but none of them work
Any ideas how I can put the ad at the top without messing up the layout please?
