AW9D-Max + E6600 + Geil Memory

I have just finished building my new rig with the above components; however I can't seem to get the RAM to post correctly @ 800MHz only 667MHz. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong

Can someone give me quick bios config guide please?

E6600 - Running @ stock
Abit AW9D-Max Bios 1.2
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC) (MY-058-GL)

What volts are the Ram at? Probally needs increasing to 2.3V
