Afternoon.

I would like to make an awareness video ( using Powerpoint slides and a screen recorder software ) on Marriage scams where wives from abroad come to the country and employ various dubious methods to divorce their British husbands and ruin them.
How would I ensure that it is watched by many people on Youtube?

The aim of the video is to make Joe Public aware and take precautions.

I simply can't understand how anyone can go abroad and "purchase" a young foreign bride and then be suprised when she divorces you and takes everything. You've got to be a desperate muppet to think she really wants you.
 
Its so common in my part of the world its crazy.
My wifes best mates Dad remarried a Russian bride...
A ex co-worker imported and married an african women...
infact 2 of our christmas temps, one is Indian, divorced 2 kids now naturalised Swede, the other Pilipino with the mandatory 3 kids.
All came here to be "wife house slaves" and "love"
They all speak english so naturally are drawn to me to talk to until they find their feet and learn bad swedish (like me ) :p
Lonely Swedish men in their 50s/60s with money and the want to buy a subservient woman that doesn't have the typical im self supporting, feminist Swedish attitude.

Yes its absolutely one of the cringiest things ever. Walking about town and seeing Fat old men with petit little Asian women in tow....

wHEN i went to Swedish lessons I made facebook friends with a group of Pilipino women all here as wife/house slaves lol

What do you mean she doesn't want me... she told me she loved me man... and then something about "3 dorra".
 
Men, turn it to your advantage - use them up then refuse marriage until they move on. I'm not talking from experience here, but it's exactly what I will do when I mean if I get divorced in my 50s.
 
is it just ladies from abroad? in most cases of separation the female gets a percentage of all the assets.

My brother is separating from his wife, when they first met... she was in debt and with student loans. They been together for nearly 21 years, since then she's paid of all her debt and student loans. about 15 years ago she decided that she only wanted to work part time as "life is for living", even thou she most of the jobs that she's had have been on the low end of the pay scale. while my brother worked all the hours that he was given. They "upgraded" and moved houses serveal times, each time it was her that wanted to move...

Anyway, they are separating... my brother is keeping the house as their daughter wants to live with him and it's her that wants to end it but he has still got to buy her out.

I just think the way things are at the moment, it's more easily for people to all quits on relationships than to try a work on the relationship. people are just more independent so they don't want to feel trapped in a relationship.

a lot of my friends are breaking up from life parents, hubby/wifes etc.

It's possible that it will become the "norm" rather than the exception.

One of my mates had a russian bride. She was quite hot and had the most amazing emerald green eyes.

She was awful and treated him like dirt, while he worshipped her. She tried it on with me, but i was having none of it (you're my mate's wife, for god's sake!).

She ended up leaving him for some dood from Barry. I assume he had more money.
