AWS has released their third generation of ARM server chips. These are based on the new ARM N2 cores.
In terms of performance, these should be 25% faster than Graviton 2 so they are more or less comparable to first generation Zen cores.

Compared to Intel/AMD, these generally offer much better value for AWS customers (Graviton 2 was about half the cost Intel/AMD for the same performance).
