Awww how can I fix my RHA T20is?

My amazing RHA T20i's have developed a split in the rubber ear 'band' which was rubbing and hurting my ear. Short of gaffa-taping over it does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? They're not covered under warranty, and RHA won't fix them for me. A real shame as they still work fine
